Wedding ProSource is deeply committed to your right to privacy and takes your privacy seriously. We have a very strict privacy policy and we strive to keep your personal and financial information secure. Please note that this Privacy Policy only applies to the WeddingProSource.com website and not to any other third party websites that you may access from the site, each of which may have privacy policies that are materially distinct from this Privacy Policy.

The Customer Sites are dedicated and secured portions within www.WeddingProSource.com that can be accessed and controlled by the customer. The customer may upload, manage, and share their brand assets such as logos, images, style-guides, as well as any strategic brand information that the customer wishes to share with select partners. In other words: the customer decides what gets stored on their Customer Site and who gets access to it. Therefore, Wedding ProSource strongly recommends that the Customer Sites are NOT used for any data or files deemed ‘highly sensitive’, and that access is only provided to TRUSTED partners or TRUSTED prospective clients. Given that the customer controls the content and provides access to others, Wedding ProSource will have no liability for the loss, misuse, destruction, or alteration of the files and information that is stored by the customer on their Customer Site.

The Wedding ProSource site may also include interactive forums such as message boards and chat rooms. Please note that any Personally Identifiable Information disclosed in such areas is public and becomes public information. You should use caution when deciding to disclose your personal information. Third Party Websites. Wedding ProSource may maintain links to other websites. If you choose to visit other websites, we are not responsible for the Privacy Practices or content of those other websites, and it is your responsibility to review the Privacy Policies at those websites to confirm that you understand and agree with their policies.

Retention of Records. Wedding ProSource currently retains Personally Identifiable Information for the duration of the client relationship and up to one year thereafter.
